Hurricane Matthew Disaster Relief Program

In response to the severe impact of Hurricane Matthew in the Southeastern US Region, Jeff Gordon Chevrolet is announcing the following actions in an effort to assist those individuals affected.


Disaster Relief Bonus Cash

To aid those in the Southeastern US region who lost their vehicles due to damage or flooding during Hurricane Matthew, Jeff Gordon Chevy is granting an extra $500 bonus cash allowance towards the purchase of a new 2016 or 2017 Chevrolet car, truck, or SUV effective October 18, 2016 through January 3rd, 2017. The $500 bonus cash CAN be combined with most other available current cash offers and GM Supplier programs. 

To be eligible, customers must present a copy of their insurance claim form indicating their vehicle was damaged as a result of Hurricane Matthew.

90 Day Payment Deferral

GM Financial is also working to ease the financial burdens placed on those impacted by Hurricane Matthew by providing 90 Day deferred payments for qualifying GM Financial contracts in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This program is also effective October 18, 2016 through January 3rd, 2017.

To be eligible, customer must present a copy of their insurance claim form indicating their vehicle was damaged as a result of Hurricane Matthew. Additional terms are as follows: 

  • Payment can be deferred up 90 days (Up to 45 Days in FL) 
  • A+/A1/A2 Tiers Only 
  • APR contracts only, 
  • Lease is not eligible 
  • Standard and Subvented contracts are eligible 
  • Excludes 0% programs 
  • New GM vehicles only, used is not eligible
