This dealership has excellent service. They are thorough and their service department is efficient. They have gone above and beyond to detail my car for free due to finding a minor warranty issue with my car. They have excellent customer service. Their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working.

I am extremely disapointed with my last visit.
first i scheduled 3 days in advance for a 7am appointment. When I get there i cant get in because there are 12 cars inline ahead of me, Now i realize people come in early.However there should be a way for people that have actually took the time to plan and set a time to come in to actually get in On time. one line for friveup and one for appointment setters. Once i get in and try to explain, your fill in CSR tells me 'well I cant help it if someone is here at 6 am', I am beside myself. What is the point of an appointment if you dont hold to it? I work on appointments and if i didnt hold to my schedule I would be Fired! well thsi is Strike one! strike 2 is he says we will get the OID changed... i stopped him . Im like I had the oil changed last week. this is for the state inspection. like my 'APPOINTMENT SAID' I usually work with Matt Verge he has always been top notch and taken extremely good care of me. he is the only reason you dont have strike3. He was on vacation and I wont hold that against him. It is unacceptable to have a set appointment and then have to wait almost 25 min to get in from your parkinglot.

scheduled oil change and tire rotation, in and out one hour. good experience.
HOWEVER, on my last visit to Jeff Gordon I had two extras installed: mud guards and cargo cover. I took the time to evaluate that visit, commented on the poor quality of the cargo cover and heard back from my rep about a good time and date for a follow up conversation. I responded but never got the follow up call.... The communications process is good, but there was no call or resolution in the end.
