      "Thank you for asking us to give you feedback on our service work.Recently indicators had been lighting up on our Chevy Malibu. We brought it by and Jason Horney took the time to diagnose the problems. As it turned out there were some issues with the engine. Jason went out of his way to work with my wife, figured out the problem, which meant replacing a good portion of the engine and informed us that it was covered under the power train warranty! Your service department has helped us numerous times over the past year and each time we have been extremely happy with the service. I believe a big factor is Jason in your service department who goes out of his way to keep us informed of our repairs. We rave about Jeff Gordon's service department to all of our neighbors.       "I was passing through the area on a road trip and my truck started leaking coolant really bad. I took it in and Jason took care of me. I ended up needing a new radiator. They couldn't get the part until the next day though. So they put me in a rental car for no expense so I could continue my road trip and come pick the truck up on my way back. I am very pleased with the customer service that Jason provided me and if I am ever in the area with a problem I will not hesitate to take my business to Jeff Gordon Chevy."

The lounge area was full but I was in and out within an hour. Stuart also did a 27 point inspection and described his findings to me in a way that didn't feel condescending or untrustworthy (I'm a female in my mid 20's so it's not uncommon for me to be patronized by car salesmen, technicians, etc.). I also really enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the lounge and was happy to see decaf as an option. Thank you!"

She also informed me that Enterprise was on the property if I needed to rent a car All this took about 20 minutes with an appointment made for me to drop the car on Monday, Oct. 13th It took 3 days to fix my car - the work done on it was excellent and my car is beautiful again!!!!
