Chrysler says the Aspen's towing capacity of 8,950 pounds is the best in its class, and the model also has best-in-class cargo space behind the second-row seats. Further, the new 5.7L Hemi Hybrid model is claimed by Chrysler to be the most fuel-efficient vehicle in its class. And while most truck-based SUVs have multiple trim levels with equipment from basic to posh, the Aspen only comes in one very well equipped model, with a simplified list of options to make it luxurious for a modest amount extra.
