"I brought my '02 Blazer in for an oil change and tire rotation. My technician, Stuart Peterson, was very friendly- and fast! The lounge area was full but I was in and out within an hour. Stuart also did a 27 point inspection and described his findings to me in a way that didn't feel condescending or untrustworthy (I'm a female in my mid 20's so it's not uncommon for me to be patronized by car salesmen, technicians, etc.). I also really enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the lounge and was happy to see decaf as an option. Thank you!"

"I brought in my 2011 Toyota Avalon after it had been hit. The front bumper needed to be replaced. Dendi Lawrence was the service agent that took care of me. Expecting this to be a big deal and take a long time, Dendi quickly evaluated my car, explained the work that needed to be done and how it would work with my insurance. She also informed me that Enterprise was on the property if I needed to rent a car All this took about 20 minutes with an appointment made for me to drop the car on Monday, Oct. 13th It took 3 days to fix my car - the work done on it was excellent and my car is beautiful again!!!! Dendi was very efficient and personable and made this so-o-o easy! Thanks Jeff Gordon for wonderful service!"
