Sales and Finance staff was responsive and friendly. Paid attention to what was important and necessary for my driving needs as well as my budget. Entire staff was eager to ensure my experience was positive and that I found the right vehicle for me. Follow up has been comforting; letting me know that I am valued as a customer.
Brought my 09 malibu in (7th? time in a year for non-oil changes, less than 100k miles) because it FINALLY threw the codes for a timing chain, cam shaft timing and thermostat issues. First oil change was 10 months ago, and I had let the service dept know it was 'off' but because it wasnt running rough enough to be noticed by someone who isn't in the car as much as I am and because it wasn't throwing any codes it 'couldn't be replicated'. Anyway, the car was in the shop for 2 weeks before a mechanic dented the rocker board and had to wait another week while they replaced it. FINALLY got the car back and immediately noticed (more) issues (again) that weren't there when I took it in (front end vibration, tire scrubbing when turning right, pulls left, antifreeze burning/leaking, and a jolt/jerk between the 35 mph and 45mph when slowly accelerating, 2 oik smudge/smears on the driver's door jam). Dropped the car off today with Sandy Tilliman (who has been AMAZING- she gets 10/10!!) and put me in another rental. The service dept is going to check the tire rod to see if it got knocked loose when they worked on the car last time and re-torque everything. My personal opinion: the mechanics SUCK. Every time my car goes is, it comes out with more issues and I've only had the car a year! I seriously regret buying the car and doing business there. Sandy is the ONLY redeeming thing for Jeff Gordon Chevy. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I had a great experience! I worked with Rah, and he was fantastic on getting me the deal that work. Also Avery Hodges, my nephew, who works in the detail department recommended us coming to Jeff Gordon to buy a car
